1. What We Collect

Account information: name, email address, and phone number.
Order information: pickup and delivery addresses, order preferences, notes, and order history.
Payment information: handled by Stripe. We store only payment references (never card numbers).
Photos: drivers may take pickup and delivery photos as proof of service.
Usage data: basic logs (IP address, pages visited) for security and reliability.

2. How We Use It

To schedule, route, and fulfill your laundry orders.
To process payments and prevent fraud.
To send transactional messages: order confirmations, pickup and delivery updates, and login links. SMS updates are sent only if you opt in.
To provide customer support and improve the Service.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Who We Share It With

Partner laundromats and drivers: the details needed to fulfill your order (name, address, order notes).
Service providers: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), our SMS provider, and our hosting and database providers.
Legal: when required by law or to protect the safety of our staff and partners.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Authentication & Cookies

We use passwordless login: we email you a one-time sign-in link. A session cookie keeps you signed in; it is HTTP-only and expires after 30 days or when you sign out. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

5. Data Retention

We keep order and payment records as long as needed for bookkeeping, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes. You may request deletion of your account data (see Contact below); we will delete personal information that we are not legally required to retain.

6. Security

Sessions are encrypted, payment processing is delegated to Stripe, and access to order data is restricted by role (customers, drivers, laundromat staff, administrators). No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information with industry-standard measures.

7. Your Choices

Update your name, phone, and SMS preferences from your account profile.
Opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP or updating your profile.
Request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting us.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
